We are delighted to announce that our doctoral candidate, Merle Dorsch, was awarded first prize for her poster entitled “Diatoms and other siliceous microorganisms as complementary forensic indicators in drowning diagnosis” at the conference MSCA in Estonia: Strengthening Research through International Talent. This award reflects the quality of her research and the importance of innovative approaches in forensic science.
